The surgery is only providing COVID-19 Autumn Boosters for our most at-risk patients (those in care homes, housebound and severely immunosuppressed). If you fall into one of these groups we should have already contacted you. Otherwise appointments will shortly be available online through the National Booking Service or by calling 119 - unfortunately the surgery cannot book appointments on your behalf.
COVID vaccinations for the following groups can also be booked using the online National Booking Service or by calling 119:
- 1st and 2nd doses for people aged 5 years and over
- Boosters for people aged 16 years and over, plus at-risk children aged 12-15 years
- Spring boosters for people aged 75 years and over, plus people aged 12 years and over with a weakened immune system
- Additional primary doses for people with a severely weakened immune system aged 5 years and over
Appointments will continue to be available from a wide range of locations, including community pharmacies, large vaccination centres and some GP-led venues. The appointments available are constantly being updated so if you can't find a venue/time suitable for you please try again later.
The region’s large vaccine centres at Bath Racecourse and Salisbury City Hall, as well as the Steam Museum in Swindon, will continue to participate in the vaccination programme.
We’ve been proud to be part of the COVID-19 Vaccination Programme in BaNES, Swindon and Wiltshire over the last year - administering 46,114 vaccinations as part of our Primary Care Network.
NHS App to show COVID vaccination status
COVID-19 vaccination status can be accessed through the NHS App.
You should register with the NHS App before booking international travel, at least two weeks before your departure date.
Those without a smartphone please call the NHS helpline on 119 and ask for a letter to be posted to you.
Please do not contact your GP surgery about this as GPs will not be providing letters to show COVID-19 vaccination status.
