Following on from the CQC inspection in December last year Dr de Silva would like to comment that our priority is to ensure that people who use our services receive safe, compassionate and high-quality care. We are committed to learning from the inspection findings and embedding lasting improvement across the service.
We have developed a comprehensive improvement plan aligned with the key lines of enquiry identified by the CQC. Each action has a designated lead, clear milestones and monitoring arrangements. Progress has been reviewed weekly by the senior leadership team and reported to the board. Most of the issues have been rectified and we are working on the remaining few issues.
We would like to thank all the staff for their hard work. We also thank our patients for their loyalty and support during this challenging time.
