Repeat Prescription Requests by E-mail
If you would like to take advantage of our e-mail service, please e-mail us at email@example.com. We will happily send you details of how to make your request. For all e-mailed requests we will need the name of the patient, date of birth, address and details of the medication required. A reply will be sent to acknowledge receipt of the request.
Patients on repeat medication will be asked to see a doctor, nurse practitioner or practice nurse at least once a year to review these regular medications and notification should appear on your repeat slip. Please ensure that you book an appropriate appointment to avoid unnecessary delays to further prescriptions.
