The Operations/Administrative Manager is involved in managing all of the business aspects of the practice such as making sure that the right systems are in place to provide a high quality of patient care, human resources, finance, patient safety. The operations/administrative manager supports the GPs and other medical professionals with delivering patient services and also helps to develop extended services to enhance patient care.

A health visitor is a registered nurse who has received training particularly related to babies, children and pregnant women. Their role is to provide families with children under five years old with support and advice around the general aspects of mental, physical and social wellbeing.

We have a care co-ordinator Teresa Philpott who can be contacted on Monday, Wednesday and Friday mornings.
The midwife holds an antenatal clinic on Tuesday afternoons by appointment.
The district nurses are able to visit our patients who need treatment but are housebound.
Specialist nursing care can be arranged through your GP or the district nursing team. The Hospice Service is based at the Prospect Hospice in Wroughton, telephone no. 01793 813355.
We have a psychology practitioner who holds a clinic on Friday afternoons by appointment. You may self refer to this service.
